All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. We take pride in our inspection process and do our best to ensure that all orders are correct and that all merchandise is free of defects.
We will accept returns only if items are still new, unworn and must meet the following guidelines:
Item(s) that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded nor exchanged.
Item(s) must return in original condition including original gift box and packing slip when provided with Original tags still intact.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We must receive your unwanted merchandise within 20 days of your order date for a refund.
Returns received after 20 days of purchase date will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card.
Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges after 30 days cannot be accepted. Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item (via any carrier) you return.
Returns past the 30 day return policy will not be accepted or store credited. Once your return is received and processed, we will email you confirming your refund or E-gift card that can be used on the website.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item for a refund, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card that you will be able to use towards the item you wish to order.
