SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICIES
In our efforts to reduce waste and lessen our carbon footprint orders will ship in poly mailers to reduce the use of shipping boxes; They will be used for items that need to be sent in a box for safety reasons. We will always ensure that your order arrives safely and damage free.
Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 4 business days to process and ship.
All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. We take pride in our inspection process and do our best to ensure that all orders are correct and that all merchandise is free of defects.
We will accept returns only if items are still new, unworn and must meet the following guidelines:
Returns received after 20 days of purchase date will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card.
Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges after 30 days cannot be accepted. Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item (via any carrier) you return.
Returns past the 30-day return policy will not be accepted or store credit. Once your return is received and processed, we will email you confirming your refund or E-gift card that can be used on the website.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable: Jewelry, Panties & sale items. To return your product, email us at Customer_Support@Dulceboutique.com
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, shoot us an email at Customer_Support@Dulceboutique.com.
Please make sure to include in the written email what item you wish to exchange, what size you originally purchased and be sure to include what size you wish to change to. We will start the exchange process once we receive your returned item.
You must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card that you will be able to use towards the item you wish to order.
